Eligible work includes railings, stairs, gates, fences, canopies, bollards, dunnage, and decorative/artistic metal, with limits up to 2M/4M/4M and a $20,000 minimum premium.

What ornamental metal work is eligible?

Stairs, railings, gates, fences, canopies, bollards, dunnage, and decorative/artistic metalwork.

What is ineligible?

Structural metal (such as steel beams and columns), fire escapes, elevator shafts, and exterior height work above two stories — other than work on flat-top roofs, terraces, and balconies.
